Exchange & Returns

No Quibble, Quality Guarantee

We want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your order. So if for any reason you are not, our No Quibble Exchange and Returns Policy means that we will exchange any item within 28 days of despatch and send you a replacement. Simply follow the instructions below and we will take care of the rest!

Standard Exchange

  1. Complete your Exchange and Return form, which came with your order, within 28 working days of receipt of your order.
  2. Please let us know why you wish to exchange the item so that we can improve our service.
  3. Ensure that the item(s) you are returning is in an unused condition and has / have all labels attached with original undamaged packaging.
  4. Pack securely or send back in all its original packaging to ensure it reaches us in a resalable condition.
  5. Send the unwanted item(s) back to us at the address below, preferably by recorded delivery or using the Royal Mail Tracked Exchange label, so you have proof of postage. The Royal Mail Tracked Exchange label is free for exchanges on all orders over £65.
  6. As soon as the original items arrive at our warehouse the exchange items will be sent out to you within 3 working days. Tux & Tails reserves the right to refuse any exchange if any of the above conditions are not adhered to.

Express Exchange

If you need a replacement item sent out before the item to be exchanged has been received back into our warehouse, we offer an Express Exchange service. We will need to charge the cost of the replacement item to your chosen payment card. Once we have received your originally ordered item we will refund the value of this.

  1. Place another order online or contact Customer Services to place it over the phone.
  2. Complete your Exchange and Return form, which came with your order, within 28 working days of receipt of your order.
  3. Please let us know why you wish to exchange the item on the form so that we can improve our service.
  4. Ensure that the item(s) you are returning is in an unused condition and has all labels attached with original undamaged packaging.
  5. Pack securely or send back in all its original packaging to ensure it reaches us in a resalable condition.
  6. Send the unwanted item(s) back to us at the address below, preferably via recorded delivery or using the Royal Mail Tracked Exchange label, so you have proof of postage.
  7. We dispatch the new item(s) the same day; providing you ordered the exchange before 5pm otherwise we will dispatch the item(s) the next working day. You pay for the exchange item(s) and if required any Next Working Day delivery (an extra £5.95).
When the original item(s) arrives at our warehouse we will refund you within 10 working days. Tux & Tails reserves the right to refuse any exchange or refund if any of the above conditions are not adhered to.

 

Online Returns

We want our customers to have a great shopping experience on our website and offer hassle free returns. In the rare event that you purchase an item(s), of which you are not satisfied and you do not wish to exchange we will be happy to make a refund.

  1. Please return the item(s) within 28 days of receiving your order.
  2. Please let us know why you wish to return the item on the form that came with your order so that we can improve our service.
  3. Ensure that the item(s) you are returning is in an unused condition and has all labels attached. Please ensure that it is returned in the condition in which you received it, otherwise a nominal charge may be levied and we may not be able to process your exchange/return.
  4. Pack securely or send back in its original packaging to ensure it reaches us in a resalable condition.
  5. Send the unwanted item(s) back to us at the address below, preferably via recorded delivery or Royal Mail Tracked Returns, so you have proof of postage.
  6. When the returned item(s) arrives at our warehouse we will refund the item(s) within 10 working days.

Refund on Purchased items bought in Store 

1. No refund will be given for any goods purchased in store.

 

FOR EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS: Royal Mail Tracked Returns is free for exchanges on orders over £65. Returns for refund are not free. If you are sending your order back for a refund using the Royal Mail Tracked Exchange label, we will charge £5.50 which you can pay by enclosing a cheque, made payable to Tux & Tails. If a cheque is not enclosed, we will deduct £5.50 from the value of your refund.

Using our Royal Mail Tracked Exchange service couldn't be simpler:

  1. Complete the Tux & Tails returns form that came with your order and pop it in the parcel with your returns.
  2. Peel off the Royal Mail Tracked Exchange Label and stick it onto your parcel.
  3. Take your parcel to your local Post Office, where you will receive proof of postage and a code to track your return online.
  4. Your return will be processed within 10 working days of your goods being received. Tux and Tails reserves the right to refuse any return if any of the above conditions are not adhered to.
